What do you like most about being a Medicare agent?
Answered by 100 licensed agents
Knowing my clients enables me to determine if they qualify for any additional benefits through the state. I am also proficient at helping my clients solve issues that may arise, as I have access to solutions outside of their plan.
My clients are part of my extended family!

I operate with morals, values, and integrity. I have been hurt by people who sold me based on greed or malicious intent. I never want a client or proposed client to even question that. So as long as I can respect the person in the mirror each day, know that I am doing a needed service for someone with care and sincerity, and provide for my family and future in the process, my satisfaction is fulfilled!

Each client has a unique story, and being able to guide them through complex decisions makes the work meaningful.
It’s also rewarding to build trust and long-term relationships that go beyond a single enrollment.

I keep in touch with my clients every year regarding Medicare Prescription Drug Plans and Medicare Advantage Health Plans to ensure they are enrolled in the best plan with the lowest out-of-pocket costs. Regularly shopping for insurance keeps my clients in the best financial shape and provides them with a worry-free life.
Best wishes,

I am known for
"Making Medicare Simple"!
Sadly I find, 90% of those that qualify for MEDICARE, select their plan based on the wrong reason.
Those turning 65 are very often still healthy.
To select the plan that fits them, they need to consider, how they want their plan to work in the event thru have a bad health issue develop.
My stress of For California has over
97 plans.
Their is a reason.
Again, if they have sn adverse health condition, my place is to simplify their selection based on how they want to be medically cared for.

I enjoy having a mix of products for the senior market, not just one product and one company.
I.E. Medicare Supplement plans, Medicare Advantage with Prescription Drugs(MAPD), Medicare Advantage (MA) stand alone dental and vision plans.

Helping folks swap the confusion for confidence never gets old, and I get to sleep well at night knowing I’ve turned a messy set of rules into real peace of mind.
Plus, I meet some of the best storytellers around; every appointment feels like I’m gaining a new friend and fresh life lessons. Beats any other desk job that I have had in the past. Truly, just knowing that I am helping others is why I do it.

The Medicare process can be overwhelming. A Medicare broker is an independent adviser who represents multiple insurance companies and can help you evaluate plan options, along with helping you enroll into a plan.
Please note, I used 'broker' instead of 'agent' because I am here to represent the needs of the clients with a fiduciary obligation, whereas the later is an employee whose obligation is with an employing nsurance company.

Educating seniors in the workings of Medicare and Medicare plans has given them peace of mind that they have control over making choices that they feel comfortable with.
It is and should be their choice.
And, that is the most important part.

Many are confused because Medicare is a government program and although the government doesn’t mean to confuse people, there’s so many moving parts, people are naturally confused.

My clients ask many questions. What is the difference between a supplement and an advantage plan, how do I sign up, what plans are my doctors in, what prescription drugs are covered, and many more.
I am rewarded by educating my client about the Medicare process and different plans available.
Then, my clients understand their individual needs, they can choose the plan that is best for them.
