My prescriptions got more expensive this year. Can I switch to an Illinois Medicare Advantage plan that covers them better?

Answered by 2 licensed agents

Yes, you may be able to switch to a Medicare Advantage plan in Illinois that offers better prescription coverage. During an eligible enrollment period, you can compare plans based on whether your medications are covered, what you’ll pay at the pharmacy, and any pharmacy network requirements. A local licensed agent can help you compare Illinois plans and see which options may lower your prescription costs.

Yes you can if one is available in your area. CMS increase the drug deductibles this year and plans are applying higher copays as well. Give us a call to find a plan that covers them at the highest level.
