Q&A with Vincent Orender
Answer: This all depends on how long you plan to stay in each place. If you stay in either place for longer than 3 months, I would advise enrolling in a PPO. This will give you more flexibility in access to care. With an HMO plan, you must see providers that participate in the plan's network. A PPO will allow you to see providers out-of-network.
