Dealing with Mr. Vic Young is a joy! He is very cheerful. He does not rush you. He strives to help you make the best decision regarding your health care insurance. He does not pressure you. He takes the time to ask how you are doing. Then he listens, attentively, when you answer that question. You get the feeling you are talking to an old friend who is interested in you. If you need to call him and he is not available to answer, at that time, he calls you back in a very short time. Today he called back within 40 minutes! I have been dealing with Vic for many years and will continue to do so and recommend him to others. Five stars all the way!
