Connect to your CRM
Medicare Agents Hub now allows you to connect your CRM for incoming inquiries. Currently, we offer integration with any CRM that has the ability to accept a 'webhook', including HighLevel and Zapier. We have also partnered with GoGuru for a custom integration that provides users with automations and extra tools specifically designed for incoming Medicare Agents Hub inquiries.
Please Note: You can currently only have one CRM integration at a time.
Contextual Information: With each request we pass along a custom field called "lead_type" that is an integer. This allows you to tailor your followup communications and automations according to the context of the inquiry. Below are the contexts corresponding to each integer that may be submitted.
- 1 - Direct form submission from your listing page
- 2 - Direct phone call request from your listing page
- 3 - Manually entered by agent using dashboard
- 4 - Local Medicare plan pricing information request
- 5 - Beneficiary asked to be matched with a licensed agent
