In a phone conversation with Scott, I explained what I was looking to change and potentially add insurance. When I arrived at his office, all information pertaining to my request had been printed and in a folder. Scott went over every option that applied and explained the pros and cons of each. Scott alerted me when my current medigap plan rates went up and walked me through getting a new plan. I was just approved. He takes the lead, and I do what is required, and it all works well!
