We first contacted Zack after reviewing his website after being dissatisfied with the inadequate explanations and attention regarding the additional coverages we required from a broker in an insurance firm. We judged that he was quite knowledgeable, explained well with detailed understanding of the subject matter and appeared to be an honest person. We called him again that day--he agreed to come to our house two days later. He came on time: ZACK FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS AND WAS EVERYTHING AND MORE THAT WE HAD FIRST ASSESSED IN THE FIRST CALL. He explained and presented alternatives for the Medicare coverages beyond A and B. In two hours or less, he led us to finalizing what we needed. No BS. Just client-centric, highly capable guidance leading us to Medicare coverage nirvana. He's a star and a great guy. ROB

Zack was amazing and cleaned up a mess he didn't create! After my father was enrolled in an unintended advantage plan, Zack was able to save the day--literally! I reached out to Zack on a Wednesday and needed changes completed by the following Monday. Zack had everything done by Friday. Completely impressed.
