Answer: part d generic medicines can be in a tier 1-5 so it depends on the medicines. This is also very strange because part D changed in 2025 for a $2000 MOOP

I'm caring for my spouse with dementia and experiencing caregiver burnout. Will Medicare cover any mental health support for me?

Answer: YES with the Part D having the 2000 depending on the meds you should be able to be on a Prescription Protection Plan
