I'm in the processing of transitioning to Medicare from my employer sponsored health insurance and had the pleaure of working with Nikki. While I had done a lot of research before & thought I could have just easily done it myself, I realized while working Nikki how much of a burden it would have been to navigate through this on my own. She really helped me make the transition seamlessly & on time (I was avoiding signing up for a medigap & Part D policies, but we got it done on time). I can't sing her praises enough.
