Melissa Bass, MBA, MEd, is the owner of Bass Insurance Solutions and has more than 35 years of experience in insurance, healthcare, education, and client advocacy.

Throughout her career, Melissa has helped individuals and families understand healthcare coverage, medical bills, and the decisions that come with choosing insurance. Her background in both healthcare and education shaped the way she serves her clients today: education first, without pressure.

Melissa specializes in helping Medicare beneficiaries understand their coverage options, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plans. Rather than simply enrolling someone in a plan, she believes clients deserve to understand how their coverage works and what to consider when making a decision.
