About Me
I am a former French teacher at Mansfield Senior High school. After 26 years of teaching, and helping beneficiaries part time for the last 15 years, I am now a full-time Health and Life insurance agent/broker. My office is located in downtown Mansfield in the Barrington One building, 3rd floor. I have traveled and lived in many foreign countries (Canada, France, and Colombia, South America). My children are grown and married now, with children of their own, so I get to be the fun-loving "Pop-Pop!" I enjoy them so much! My wife and I enjoy travel, music and exploring new places along with the locals and the food.

What do you enjoy most about working with Medicare clients?
Answer: Clients often feel overwhelmed by the choices in Medicare health insurance. As a former French teacher, I compare the complexities of learning Medicare to mastering a foreign language. My clients value the clarity I provide, trusting me to guide them through these important decisions, which I find deeply rewarding.
What is one of the the most common misconceptions people have about Medicare?
Answer: One of the most common misconceptions people have about Medicare is not enrolling themselves into a Drug plan. "I'm healthy and don't take a single medication, why would I sign up for one?" As this might be true, one would have a late enrollment penalty placed upon them once they do need a particular medication in the future and consequently have the penalty. I always encourage to enroll into a Part D plan as there are plans available at no monthly premium or even below $10 a month.
Will I be penalized if I do not enroll in Medicare when I turn 65?
Answer: It depends...once you leave employer health insurance from the workplace, you have an 8 month window to enroll into Medicare without a late enrollment penalty for Medical, Part B coverage. But if your 65, still working and have employer coverage, you may delay your Medicare enrollment in order to stay on employer health insurance.
