My professional journey began with a focus on educational nonprofits, where I served as an employee and volunteer for several years. In those roles, I gained valuable experience in helping others navigate complex systems to find the resources they required. I also served as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in the foster care system. In this capacity, I worked closely with children and their families to ensure that their legal rights were protected and that they had access to the resources and support they needed to thrive. In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our three children.
