Very helpful in helping us find a MCR Advantage plan after our current plan was no longer in the network with our PCP. I will use them again if needed.

Answer: Medicare is confusing. It has dozens of moving parts, deadlines, rules, penalties and plan differences. A good agent breaks everything down in plain English so you feel confident, not overwhelmed. And most importantly is doesn't cost you anything. Plan costs are the same whether you use an independent agent or call directly to your chosen Insurance Company.
