Jamon and his team have supported my ability to understand the nuances of medicare enrollment. When I first contacted Jamon a year and a half ago, he provided the insight I needed to understand the laws that govern Medicare and what my choices were at the age of 65. At that time, Jamon recommended I stay with my employer medical plan. As a result, Jamon did not see any financial benefits from supporting me. I reached back out to Jamon recently due to changes in my personal circumstances, he met with me multiple times to ensure I understood all of my options. He shared information with me that I was unaware of that put me at risk and he reviewed all of the options for Medicare plans that would support my husband and I in the greatest way and at the most reasonable cost. I would absolutely recommend Jamon to anyone looking to make the transition to Medicare.

Answer: A locally licensed agent is critical to your Medicare plan. The insurance companies create their plans based on county and zip code. A call center in another state will not be able to really understand your area.
