When I retired, I was looking for health insurance to bridge the gap between COBRA and Medicare. My financial advisor suggested Gary Smith thinking one of his agents could help. When I called, I was informed that they only take care of Medicare clients. Now at the age of Medicare, I went back to them for guidance. They’re courteous, informative, and walked me through signing up for Medicare thereby making the entire process painless. I love that this agency is local making it possible to interface in person if or when problems arise.

Ms. Camry was absolutely perfect in finding a correct plan and explaining all the pertinent facts to all plans just why the plan she choose for us was indeed the right one. She was concise, clear, and did not ever be condescending to the manner she spoke to my Wife and I. We could NOT be more pleased. She made us feel comfortable and informed. Hey! Mr. Gary! I met with Olivia Reynolds on Feb. 03. 2025 to talk about the supplemental policy's to cover what medicare does not. She met me with a smile and welcomed me into her office. She could tell I was nervous, so she set me at ease as she ask me questions about my health needs. She talked about each and every option and helpped me make my decision on which plans that would best serve my needs. She was very professional but more important, I felt that I was talking to a good friend. I am so happy that I drove from Pass Christian to meet with her and I am grateful that she in now my Health Care Agent. I would highly recomment her to everone I meet!!
