I’m Connor Abel—Marine Corps veteran, proud Oklahoman, and the founder of Abel Insurance. I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate Medicare with clarity, confidence, and care.

After serving as a Sergeant and completing two deployments, I transitioned from military service to community service—guiding people through one of the most confusing systems in America: Medicare.
