. . . beyond helpful and VERY thorough with attention to personal need consideration from beginning to end. Also, didn't even attempt to short change the time spent (and detailed changes were made during the evening, as well as-- the next day was a holiday)! This same effort and cooperative response has consistently taken place from day 1 anytime an answer to a question was needed or a request for further assistance required. Things are handled sort of like the old days, back when individuals actually cared about doing a good job!
