Doug McRae, from Cedar Grove Senior Health Solutions, helped us weed through all of the Medicare supplemental material. I have a unique situation and needed a specific type of supplemental coverage. He was able to narrow down the possible plans and send me comparison information which made it so much easier for me to make a decision. He was also expedient in sending us information for my both my husband’s and my drug plan. We have different needs and he was able to help us pick the plan that was right for each one of us.

My experience in the enrollment was at first was cold as you have to be aware of people trying to get your money. But that quickly went away as Luke stayed with the thought of customer service . He was very understanding about MY concerns and helped me find the right plan for me. Yall need more people like him. Thanks Jimmie
