I'm writing this review regarding the outstanding service I received from Cedar Grove; specifically Agent Douglas McRae. Doug is a consummate Professional. His attention to detail is exacting. As a recent retiree just turned 65 I was inundated with information, wary of identity theft and fraud, attempting to circumnavigate my Healthcare options. Doug patiently provided me with clarity to all of my questions, helping me to determine a responsible, customized plan of action. His good natured, personalized approach included alleviating my concerns about said fraudulent activity; staying in contact with me as I continued my due diligence; and dealt with personal matters and time sensitive matters which delayed my decision. I made the right choice. Upon agreeing to hire Cedar Grove, and Doug as my Agent, he sent a personalized video Thanking me and stating he was honored to act on my behalf. The Cedar Grove Team followed up ensuring I was fully aware of the process and that they had my best interests in mind. I believe I can rely on them should the need ever arise.
