When I began researching my options for Medicare in 2023 I realized a lot of the agents one speaks to are out of State. Many of the agents didn’t seem to care about me. Here’s the price, take it or leave it. I decided I wanted to find an Agent who served the Treasure Valley. I contacted Chad MacDonald, at CRM Group. He was very friendly and answered all my preliminary questions. Made an appointment and met him at his office. He throughly covered my questions and went over the legal disclosures. On renewal this year I needed to make a change in my coverage. Contact my local agent Chad Macdonald and he went over the options with me. The new policy is now in place. I highly recommend Chad Macdonald at CRM Group.

I went to Chad for help for my mother who’s on Medicare. Chad was extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I have acute anxiety….especially when around new people, as soon as I entered I was immediately greeted and treated with kindness till I left. I 100% recommended this office..

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mason. As a company in the health insurance industry, you’d expect them to treat all customers with dignity and fairness. However, their blatant lack of respect and discriminatory practices left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued. From the unprofessional interactions I had with their representatives to their dismissive attitudes toward people from diverse backgrounds, it’s clear this company lacks proper training in cultural sensitivity and customer care. Health insurance is about providing security and support to everyone, but they seem to operate with bias that has no place in such a critical industry. COMPASSION is what they claim to have. If you’re looking for an inclusive, reliable provider, I’d strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Companies like this don’t deserve the trust—or money—of hardworking individuals who expect to be treated equally.

Knowledgeable and licensed in multiple states. I started with him years ago in Idaho and he helped me transition into Washington. Very prompt responses even if it’s just to say he can’t get back to me for a bit. He’s been helpful reworking my policy and researching the best for my wife. I highly recommend him.
