Answer: PPO generally have more flexibility due to the fact that you can see any doctor who accepts medicare. You have in and out of network doctors. Out of network doctor’s copayments are usually a higher co-payment.

Answer: PPO plans will cover cruise ships. If you have an HMO plan you are covered under emergencies only.
