About Me
My name is Carmen, and I am a Licensed Health Insurance Agent who specializes in helping seniors access the Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental Plans that best fit their individual needs. I have been in the insurance industry since 2014, and I take pride in providing outstanding customer service to my clients.
I was born in Puerto Rico and have lived in California since 1984. I am a retired teacher and high school counselor, as well as a licensed real estate agent. I chose to work in the insurance industry because I enjoy being of service and helping others. I have a B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico and an M.S. from Florida International University.
In my free time, I enjoy photography and submitting my pictures to various contests. Due to the present circumstances, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, experimenting and preparing new recipes. I am married to my husband, Gary, and we have a son, a daughter, and two beautiful grandchildren who live in Los Angeles County. We love spending time with them and have adapted to social distancing by texting and doing Zoom calls.
