About Me
While beginning my career in banking as a Customer Relationship Specialist II with FirstMerit Bank, now Huntington Bank, in September 2007. This was the starting point of my belief in the importance of customer service.
While attending the University of Akron and obtaining my degrees, I entered into the medical field in May of 2011, where I spent 10 years working in various administration/customer service roles for several prominent physicians at a leading Orthopedic Center in Northeast Ohio. I obtained a lot of knowledge and experience dealing with insurance companies from pre-authorizations, billing, claims and most importantly, compassion to help others.
I obtained my Health and Life Insurance license in 2020. Still seeking a role that gives me greater fulfillment by helping people.

Does Medicare cover stress tests, EKGs, or echocardiograms?
Answer: Yes, Medicare does provide coverage. However, the extent of coverage and how these tests are paid for will depend on the specific Medicare option you choose.
What do you enjoy most about working with Medicare clients?
Answer: I truly enjoy helping seniors find the coverage that fits their needs. My focus is on lowering prescription costs, keeping all of their doctors in‑network, and making sure they feel confident in their healthcare decisions. I also take pride in advocating for my seniors by assisting with claims and billing issues, ensuring they receive the support and clarity they deserve.
