What do you like most about being a Medicare agent?
Answer: Advocating for people in my community, helping others and getting to meet new members in my community- all of this and so much more brings me lots of joy while assisting people with Medicare.
Can you describe a time when you helped a client navigate a complex Medicare issue?
Answer: All the time!! I had a client have an unexpected expense at that pharmacy with a new insulin they were prescribed. I helped them find an assistance program and get the medication free of charge!
