Zashell Labrador-Espinosa, Medicare Insurance Agent
About Me
Meet Zashell Labrador-Espinosa
Zashell is a Big Island girl, born and raised in Pāhoa, Hawaiʻi, and the proud daughter of Leonard and Zola Labrador. She is the wife of Roy E. Espinosa Jr., a loving mother of five, and a proud Tūtū who treasures her children and moʻopuna.
As the mother of two children who are dually diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, Zashell understands firsthand the importance of patience, compassion, understanding, and having someone by your side who truly listens. These values are at the heart of the way she cares for her clients and serves her community.
Zashell began her insurance career in 2017 as a Public Benefits Coordinator and has been with Financial Benefits Insurance since 2018. She has a special passion for serving our kūpuna and individuals with disabilities, taking the time to listen, explain their options in a way that is easy to understand, and help them find coverage that fits their individual healthcare needs.
You may see Zashell out and about in the community, always ready to greet you with her infectious smile and genuine aloha. To Zashell, clients are more than appointments—they are people, families, friends, and neighbors in the community she calls home.
When she isn’t helping clients, Zashell enjoys spending time with her ʻohana, volunteering in the community with Special Olympics and Team POONUI, playing music, singing, and, of course, enjoying a beautiful day at the beach.
For Zashell, it all comes back to ʻohana, community, compassion, and serving others with aloha.
