Zack was extremely kind, patient, and responsive in our journey towards getting new health insurance. My wife, Michelle, and I found Zack while we were in the "confusing swirl" of trying to understand insurance coverage for 65+ individuals who were not covered by an employer's policy. We were asking ourselves: How do we make the best choice amongst Original Medicare (parts A & B), Medicare Supplemental Insurance, Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Coverage and Dental/Vision plans? Zack helped us navigate the "quagmire" that is today's healthcare insurance environment. In the space of a handful of days, both of us were able to secure coverage that filled the "gaps" that existed in our traditional "Medicare Only" plans.
