This lovely gentleman truly is a mensch! So helpful, patient, intuitive, and most of all, kind. He helped me navigate the impossible world of healthcare with expertise, empathy, and grace. I am so impressed. He gently explained my options to me, was thorough, and listened to every concern with great care. I am so impressed. I did not feel like he was trying to push anything on me or rush me into making a hasty decision. 10/10 recommend!! Lovely human and funny to boot! Had a great time talking to him!

Working with Zack was a great experience. He listened to my questions and responded as quickly as possible. We ended up meeting twice by Zoom, and by the end of the second meeting I was signed up for the Medicare plan that will be best for me. I highly recommend working with him!

I was introduced to Zack by a mutual friend and it has been a wonderful experience. I was new to Medicare and waited until 72 to collect. Zach recommended an Advantage Plan that I am very happy with. I recently had cataract surgery and a visit to a urologist. Even with Medicare shouldering the burden of costs, the Advantage plan recommended has helped out financially. When I have a question such as obtaining my eyeglass benefit while house-sitting in New Jersey and e-mailed Zack on a Sunday evening, he responded before I was up on Monday morning. As a former engineering manager for a Fortune 200 company, I know the type of people who I would hire and rely on to get a job accomplished without delay. Zack is one of those persons.
