Yucong (Nikki) Fan is a licensed insurance broker specializing in Medicare Advantage, prescription drug plans, and Medicare Supplement plans. With over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, Nikki has been proudly affiliated with Financial Benefits Insurance (FBI) for the past 10 years. She is also licensed to offer life insurance and long-term care plans.
Nikki is deeply committed to helping seniors and regularly volunteers her time at senior centers, where she provides invaluable support and guidance. Her passion for giving back to the community and her dedication to exceptional customer service are cornerstones of her professional philosophy.
Born in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China, Nikki immigrated to Hawaii in 2009. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese, allowing her to connect with and serve a diverse clientele.
