Answer: Advantage plans are network driven.. Advantage plans changed or can be discontinued from year to year.

Answer: I believe it will allow seniors that are turning 65 soon better access on plan designs and agents that they can contact. Please keep in mind some seniors are not tech savy and still want that kitchen table appoitment.

Answer: I know some medicare advantage plans give members what is called an OTC allowance. Supplements cost more than most advantage plans and do not offer help with your grocery bill.

Answer: Medicare brokers usually can show prospects different options. A insurance company medicare agent will only explain to members the plans that the company sells.

Answer: if spouse is younger and working you may not need to enroll in medicare. If your still employed you can delay enrolling in medicare if your on an employer sponsored plan

Answer: Have a conversation. Let them know that your there to help if issues arise. Explain to them what happens during AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) and what options they have.

Answer: Listen ...here's the short answer. Everybody want to save $$ when their healthy and when they have health issues they don't mind paying more to get more. Some pay more from day one knowing that they know what to expect for the what "ifs" in life
What's one piece of advice you wish every senior knew before picking a Medicare plan?
Answer: Don't allow yourself to be dictated.. Agents know that in most cases your not familar medicare arena. . talk to someone that gives you options and do what your gut tells you. Everyone has different needs.. hence different medicare options
How do discount cards and resources affect my Medicare Prescription Drug plan?
Answer: some seniors qualify for LIS (Low Income Subsidy or SPAP (State Pharmacy Assistance Program) ..... Pemiums coud be reduced
What do you enjoy most about working with Medicare clients?
Answer: There life experience is priceless. We can often learn from others . I enjoy putting them at ease knowing that I have their interest. Seniors know other seniors "do the right thing". Call them back answer their questions or find out the answers if asked. My parents are in their late 80's I understand their generation. As per generation Z that's another conversation. lol
