Turning 65 soon and not sure what to do with Medicare? You’re not alone. Most people I work with feel overwhelmed at the start.
I help you slow everything down and make it simple so you can actually understand your options and choose the right plan with confidence.

Before insurance, I was a physical therapist and I served in the U.S. Army. I have spent my career helping people make important health decisions face to face, and I bring that same approach here. Calm, clear, and patient.

Victor Fuentes' services are efficient and the whole process was streamlined and easy. I was interested in getting life insurance and he provided the lowest rate with little to no effort on my part. He explained the steps, followed up when needed, and made a life necessity attainable and easy.

I found Victor’s website through a search of Medicare brokers. The website is great but what sold me was the impression it gave of the sort of person Victor is….helpful, honest, no pressure. I met with Victor in my home last evening and he’s the real deal. He’s very knowledgeable about Medicare and its intricacies. He guides you but doesn’t steer you. He will answer any and all questions. He is super patient and professional. You don’t need a broker to sign up for Medicare but , why wouldn’t you? It’s complicated stuff. Let him do all the work. You pay $0.00! Call him!

Victor came highly recommend and rightfully so. He is not only knowledgeable, but very patient and kind. He conducted a highly personalized search to identify my best options and made certain I understood the pros and cons of each. By the end of our meeting I felt confident in the choices I made. Once he helps you choose, he also makes himself available to assist with future claims and answer any questions that may arise. What are the red flags I should look for when interviewing agents? I want to make sure I'm not just getting sold to but genuinely advised.
Answer: When looking for a Medicare agent it is important to choose someone who will guide you rather than just sell a plan.
A good agent will be knowledgeable about Medicare parts A, B, C, D and Medigap and will take the time to answer your questions clearly. The agent should be transparent about costs and benefits and willing to support you even after enrollment.
Avoid anyone who makes unrealistic promises guarantees approvals or misrepresents coverage A trustworthy agent focuses on helping you make informed decisions that fit your needs.
Most importantly, beware of the calls from 800 numbers.
