Turning 65 soon and not sure what to do with Medicare? You’re not alone. Most people I work with feel overwhelmed at the start.
I help you slow everything down and make it simple so you can actually understand your options and choose the right plan with confidence.
You do not need to figure this out alone or guess between a bunch of confusing options. I focus on what matters most for you, your doctors, your prescriptions, and your budget.
Before insurance, I was a physical therapist and I served in the U.S. Army. I have spent my career helping people make important health decisions face to face, and I bring that same approach here. Calm, clear, and patient.
My help is completely free, and I do not disappear after you enroll. If you have questions later or need help reviewing your coverage, you can call me.

I found Victor on the web, It was a true blessing. I had tried other more prestigious sales conglomerates that that sometimes overshadow, the smaller independent agents. They sometimes try to convince you that if you do not sign with them, you are doomed. Lucky for me I found Victor Fuentes, my guardian angel dressed up as a Medigap broker. Victor met me in a coffee shop near my home and he was prompt to our appointment and ready to work. after a few introductions and maybe sharing about our jobs and experiences, once the pleasantries were over with we began work on understanding and informing me, of all the rich information that was out to be had. Victor began by explaining all the different medigap plans that exist in 2026 and a couple that been phased out or I did not qualify for because of my age. He patiently went over all the plans, the advantages, differences', disadvantages and the one he believed would best fit my needs. Ultimately, I made my own decision, without any pressure, nor was I was steered to chose any recommended plans. Victor spent a couple of hours with explanations and questions I needed answered. I want to thank Victor to helping find the right plan for me and not being push like some larger corporations that exist out there. The other point I want to make is that Victor is a Bilingual person (Spanish) but he is also Bicultural in many of the Latino Cultures. Which I find very important in understanding, certain nuances in the process of obtaining, Medicare or Medicaid. Thank you again Victor Best Regard and the best of luck and blessings Hugo Hernandez

What a knowledgeable and thoughtful individual! He not only found us a great insurance plan to pair with Medicare and our needs but found a Rx plan that provides everything we need at no cost to us. Victor Fuentes gave me detailed information in regards to Medigap. Very knowledgeable and no questions were minor, he made sure I understand. He definitely have me peace of mind I made the right choice for my needs. He also answers your texts messages and returns phone calls in a timely matter. Without a doubt, I recommend Victor . What are the red flags I should look for when interviewing agents? I want to make sure I'm not just getting sold to but genuinely advised.
Answer: When looking for a Medicare agent it is important to choose someone who will guide you rather than just sell a plan.
A good agent will be knowledgeable about Medicare parts A, B, C, D and Medigap and will take the time to answer your questions clearly. The agent should be transparent about costs and benefits and willing to support you even after enrollment.
Avoid anyone who makes unrealistic promises guarantees approvals or misrepresents coverage A trustworthy agent focuses on helping you make informed decisions that fit your needs.
Most importantly, beware of the calls from 800 numbers.
