Hi, I’m Tyler McDaniel. After spending years in engineering, I found my true calling in helping people make sense of Medicare. My wife, Jessica, and I started MAC Insurance with one mission in mind: to serve seniors with honesty, compassion, and the kind of guidance we’d want for our own family.
I know Medicare can feel confusing, and that’s why I take the time to break things down in a clear, straightforward way. My goal is to help you feel confident about your coverage and ensure you’re getting the benefits you deserve.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, learning new things, and staying active in our community. For me, being a Medicare advisor isn’t just about finding a plan — it’s about building trust and giving people peace of mind.

Tyler and his team were very accommodating in getting us an appointment on very short notice. Tyler’s knowledge of the different Medicare plans and his explanation of all the options put our mind at ease. He personally helped us fill out all the necessary forms which would have been overwhelming if left to ourselves. He has a great personality and we feel that with his help we made the right choices.

Tyler has been wonderful. He has helped me for 3 yrs now. He keeps me up to date w my personal insurance needs and saves me money. He saved my friend 900.00. I strongly suggest you talk to him or his wife prior to purchasing your Medicare insurance.

I had an exceptional experience with Shelby. She returned my call promptly and was able to schedule and afternoon phone appointment with me the same day! She signed me up for Medigap insurance I needed within a ten day window. Kind, thoughtful, and very helpful is how would describe her. Shelby told me I could call her anytime I had a questions about the insurance I would be using during the months ahead. After experiencing difficulty with some agents from competing insurance companies that didn't seem to understand my situation, Shelby eased my mind and reassured me it would be a straightforward process. I couldn't be happier and thankful.
