Answer: It does help people under an income amount pay for their prescriptions. There are income limits that are posted on medicare.gov. If you want to apply, you can go to SSA.gov and apply or you can contact me and I have an email with detailed instructions and the income limits. It's always good to apply whether you think you are eligible or not.
