⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Anne Woodward was extremely helpful and made the process of getting re-enrolled in Medi-Cal and Covered California easy to understand. You come to expect great customer service at a 5-star hotel, luxury boutique, or upscale restaurant but I was shocked by my recent experience with MIT. Italy Peralta went above and beyond to provide exceptionally great support in sourcing insurance through Covered California. She was knowledgeable, patient, and above all an excellent communicator - everything you want when dealing with something like this! Italy made sure I understood every step of the process and took the time to answer all my tedious questions/concerns. I highly recommend contacting MIT if you're in the market for health insurance. Thanks again Italy for making this daunting task so much easier than I expected!

Anne is absolutely a Godsend. ️ I came to her feeling so fearful and insecure after experiencing another layoff, but she so gracefully helped me find the best health coverage for my situation while giving me the reassurance and confidence I needed.
