Both Melinda and Tommy Butler are very efficient and return calls promptly. They both are super knowledgeable regarding Medicare Advantage plans and what is best for each of their clients. They both look at two or three available and help you to decide what is the best for each client. I have worked with them on open Medicare enrollment for several years - possible at least 9 - 10 yrs.

Tommy Butler, with Medicare Solutions & Retirement has helped my husband and me with all our Medicare questions and concerns. From the very start, he patiently explained all the programs and helped us decide upon the best plan for us. He is extremely knowledgeable of all facets of these plans and that was helpful in making a final decision. This past year, we decided to change plans and Tommy and I had a conference call to discuss the options. He again went through all the intricacies of the two plans we were considering and he completed all the paperwork for us! He is always very patient and so very helpful.
