I've had this agency for several years and highly recommended it for personalized, efficient service. Sometimes, due to circumstances, errors are made and delays happen, but honest answers are persuded and issues are resolved always with clear explanations & honest apologies if necessary. What few mistakes are made are owned up to. Check out this Ins. Co. for the best plan for your coverage and budget.

Teresa was able to meet with me right away which was awesome, as I hard an insanely hard time getting anything meaningful happen. I had absolutely everything that could go wrong happen. With time so short, she was able to make it all come together and get me signed up for a plan ASAP. She came to me and got it all set, in time to be on time; when I was sadly unprepared to make this happen myself. Thanks ladies for getting everything situated and getting me signed up on time.

Q&A with Teresa Schissler-Boichot
Is it ok to work with a younger Medicare Advisor?
Answer: Age is just a number, so of course it is ok to work with a "younger" agent! The most important factors when you choose an agent is that your agent is knowledgeable enough to answer all of your questions, chooses to get to know you as the unique individual you are to truly guide you in your Medicare choices, and makes him or herself available to help you long after you enroll in your plan. One place to look for an agent is at local senior events or expos, another way to find an agent is to ask your friends and family for a referral, and finally, you can contact local senior organizations and ask for their recommendations. By attending local senior events, you can see which agents put the time in to serve their community beyond a sales pitch.
Does Medicare Advantage cover home health care?
Answer: Yes! Medicare Advantage plans absolutely cover home health care. You can find out exactly what your plan covers by reading the Summary of Benefits or Evidence of Coverage documents provided by your plan. You can also call the number on the back of your insurance carrier's card or your local agent, if you work with one, for more information.
Does Medicare cover assisted living?
Answer: Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover the residential costs of assisted living. However, it will cover some of the medical and care services one would receive while living there. There are also workarounds to try to get assisted living expenses covered such as state Medicaid waiver programs, veteran benefits, or long-term care insurance. It's important to speak to a knowledgeable broker agent, lawyer, or financial planner to learn about options for getting help when you need it.
What are the reasons why I should work with a Medicare agent?
Answer: The main reasons are the agent's knowledge and personalized service. It is an agent's, business to be knowledgeable of the plans and any changes insurance carriers make throughout the year. When it comes time for annual or open enrollment, choosing a broker agent that is contracted with multiple insurance companies is a great option because a broker agent can take into account your doctors, prescriptions, and personal needs and shop all the carriers instead of just one to find you the very best benefits at a price that fits your budget. The best agents are the ones that are there for you after the enrollment. The healthcare industry is extraordinarily complicated. Frankly, why wouldn't you want an agent working for you and your best interests? Working with an agent gives you back up whenever you have a surprise bill, have problems with federal or state-funded coverage, or your circumstances change. Your agent can facilitate any calls to insurance carriers or government agencies and oftentimes has contacts to get the information and services you need.
How do I find local Dentists that take my Medicare coverage?
Answer: First, if you work with a local agent, s/he will be able to help you with this information. Otherwise, there are a few ways depending on how comfortable you are with technology. First, you can always go to your insurance carrier's website and look for the "find care" link to search your sip code. You can call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask. You can do a google search for dentists in your area using "dentists that bill ----- insurance." However, the most reliable way to know for sure is to call the dentist office and ask. Providers can change the insurances they accept at any time throughout the year, so the most accurate way is to call the office. Again, one of the benefits of working with a local agent is that the agent should help you with this information.
