About Me

Tasha Lee is the Founder of The Assurance Network and a licensed Medicare insurance professional committed to raising the standard of service Medicare beneficiaries receive.

Her work in Medicare is built around a simple belief: enrollment is only one part of serving a beneficiary. A Medicare agent should take the time to understand the person behind the policy—their doctors, prescriptions, healthcare needs, current coverage, financial considerations, and what matters to them before discussing plan options.

Tasha has seen how easily beneficiaries can become overwhelmed by Medicare and how a decision made without looking at the full picture can create problems later. That experience shaped the way she built The Assurance Network: education first, guidance without pressure, and continued service after enrollment.

She works with individuals who are turning 65, retiring, working beyond 65, transitioning from employer coverage, navigating Medicare for the first time, or reviewing their coverage as their needs change. She also believes strongly in helping beneficiaries understand Medicare itself—including enrollment periods, Parts A and B, prescription drug coverage, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and how Medicare may coordinate with other coverage.

As an independent agent, Tasha values the ability to represent multiple carriers and evaluate coverage based on the individual rather than beginning with a particular insurance company or product.

For Tasha, success in Medicare is not measured simply by the number of applications submitted. It is measured by whether clients understand their coverage, know who to call when they need help, and still feel supported long after the enrollment is complete.
