What is the biggest mistake seniors make when enrolling in Medicare?
Answer: Answering the phone of some random company who is cold calling them about Medicare. Hang up and choose a local advisor you trust.
What do you like most about being a Medicare agent?
Answer: Medicare should not be so confusing. It is truly unfair. I enjoy taking a complex topic and simplifying it. I want everyone to understand how get the most from their Medicare benefits.
