Tai Thao, Medicare Insurance Broker

About Me

Hi, I'm Tai Thao, a licensed independent Medicare agent based in Milwaukee. I'm bilingual in Hmong and English, and I help individuals and families throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

My work with Medicare became personal when I helped my own parents navigate it — the phone calls, piles of mail, questions about doctors and prescriptions, and trying to understand which choices made sense. So if you're turning 65, or you're an adult son or daughter helping a parent with Medicare, I understand how overwhelming the process can feel.

My job is to make Medicare easier to understand. I'll help you compare your options based on what matters to you — your doctors, prescriptions, coverage preferences, and budget. That may include Medicare Supplement and Part D coverage, Medicare Advantage, or other options available in your area.

For Wisconsin and Minnesota residents, local expertise is especially important. Both states handle Medicare Supplement coverage differently from most of the country — and differently from each other — so some of the Medicare information you find online may not apply to you.

As an independent agent, I work with multiple national and local insurance companies. That allows us to compare available options rather than starting with just one insurance company. There is no cost to you for my help.

Whether you're months away from Medicare, already enrolled and have questions, or helping a parent understand their coverage, you're welcome to call or message me. If Hmong is your family's first language, I can speak with your parents directly.

When contacting me, please mention that you found me through Medicare Agents Hub.
