Susan Shimp is the founder of Signature Senior Advisors and has been helping Medicare beneficiaries navigate their healthcare options since 2015. Based in New Braunfels and serving clients throughout Texas and multiple other states, Susan specializes in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D Prescription Drug Plans, and retirement healthcare planning.

Known for her education-first approach, Susan believes Medicare shouldn't be confusing or overwhelming. She takes the time to explain options in plain English, helping clients make confident decisions based on their doctors, prescriptions, budget, and healthcare needs.
