We are in our second year with Steven at SMS Insurance Agency, and the service remains outstanding. I highly recommend them to any business looking for a trusted insurance broker. Steven handles our medical plans brilliantly, they also offer other needs like life insurance. He is incredibly responsive, professional, and always available to answer our questions. We love that they are local and always willing to stop by our office in person to explain new plans and answer questions directly from our employees. Five stars!

Ive used Steven several times now for our healthcare & recently transitioned to Medicare. I was so overwhelmed and apprehensive when l walked into his office, but because of his patience & ability to clarify & help me untangle all the choices l had in front of me, l left feeling self assured & very at ease that I'd made the right choices for me. Theres never any pressure or manipulation working with Steven. Just sincerity & concern, and who wouldnt appreciate that?
