In 2023 & 2024 the Advantage programs were put at a disadvantage for 2025 & 2026z PPO programs were cancelled and all agents were told to move clients into other programs.

They also informed the brokers and agents they would not be compensated for enrolling clients into the new programs.

Answer: The Hospital plan provides funds to help cover extra expenses. It can be used a number of times. No plan covers everything

Answer: Too much advertising on TV that directs them to call centers. The people answering don’t really get to know the people and their situation. It is impossible to advise them properly or on a personal level . They also listen to family and friends who don’t know the full extent of the misinformation they give them

Answer: Call an agent who will come out and show you how programs work.

Need to have everything evaluated for your future needs

Answer: In managed care all procedures are authorized through that company. You get a letter as well as check online. With your surgeon as well

Answer: It usually does depending on what CMS and the Medicare offices look at for costs. Never seems to go down.
