I chose help from Shelby at Mac Insurance over the many offers I received, as I approached the time to get Medicare coverage. I needed professional guidance to navigate the process and Shelby was the perfect answer for me. I had an exceptional experience with Shelby. She returned my call promptly and was able to schedule and afternoon phone appointment with me the same day! She signed me up for Medigap insurance I needed within a ten day window. Kind, thoughtful, and very helpful is how would describe her. Shelby told me I could call her anytime I had a questions about the insurance I would be using during the months ahead. After experiencing difficulty with some agents from competing insurance companies that didn't seem to understand my situation, Shelby eased my mind and reassured me it would be a straightforward process. I couldn't be happier and thankful.
