Was a very good experience. Gretchen was patient, asking simple questions, and response was very courteous. Problem was I could not thoughly describe my exact needs or wants ,as it is a overwhelming process. Have set a second appt, and look forward to finalizing my future needs as regards Medicare and all the supplements out there.
