I'm Shawn Graff, and I've been helping people in Frederick and throughout Maryland with their Medicare coverage since 2009. Before that, I worked as a paralegal in the criminal division. That might sound like a strange background for Medicare insurance, but it taught me something critical. It taught me how to investigate. How to study. How to look at situations from different angles to really understand what's going on. And how to be detail oriented. Those skills are exactly what you need when you're trying to navigate prescription drug coverage.

I grew up in Cascade with a simple life. My family didn't have much, but we had what mattered. Food on the table. Clothes on our backs. And plenty of time to explore and play. My father taught me early on that hard work builds character. I hated hearing that when I was 15 years old helping him lay bricks. But I get it now. Hard work, persistence, and honesty are what matter. And those are the values I bring to every client conversation.
