I'm Sharon Sass, and I help people in Pennsylvania and Maryland navigate Medicare with clarity and confidence. I spent many years in the hospitality industry focused on customer care and service. That taught me something important. It taught me how to listen to people. How to understand what they really need. How to make them feel supported and taken care of.

In 2017, after helping my parents navigate their own Medicare options, I realized I should do this work full time. I could help people understand their benefits. I could cut through all the confusion and misleading information out there. I could make retirement feel exciting again instead of stressful.

I was raised in a small rural town in northwest New Jersey in a big, loud, fun family with four sisters and two brothers. I loved spending time with my aunts and grandparents hearing their stories. That taught me to value relationships and to appreciate people. And that's what drives everything I do today.
