I have been a client of Scott’s now for several years. When I retired and was too young to receive Medicare I was trying to find private insurance on my own and it was a nightmare. Thank God I was grateful enough to have found Scott. I found Scott to be very friendly and easy to speak with. After getting information from me Scott found insurance plans that he felt would work for me. We went over them together and then he helped me decide on the best that suited my needs. There was one time when I received a letter from my insurance company that I didn’t understand, panicked and didn’t know what to do. This happened on a holiday weekend. I called Scott’s number to leave a message for him to call me when he was back in the office. He actually answered the phone, calmed me down and explained to me what the letter meant. Who does this except someone who really cares to help his clients. I have other family members who use Scott’s services and are also extremely happy. I will never change insurance agents because I am not sure if I would feel comfortable with someone else making insurance decisions for me. I highly recommend Scott and his new company to anyone who is a need for insurance.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Scott and Jennifer Hauser. They made what I thought would be a confusing and stressful Medicare process so much easier than I ever imagined.
