In a world of information overload, I was completely overwhelmed and baffled by the Bushels of information landing on me regarding Medicare. Since everyone’s situation is different it all seems that much more confusing.I got a referral from a friend to consult with Carrie to get some clarity on what I actually needed to do. She helped me immediately on the phone By giving me a few things to look into prior to meeting, so I would be prepared. Easily done! My 1 to 2 hour consultation with her said everything right and I was able to make well informed practical decisions that made the most sense for my situation. In a very short period of time I had all the correct things set up for Medicare. Without Carrie, I do not think I would be able to sleep at night. Would highly recommend.

What role do you think technology will play in the future of Medicare?

Answer: AI will get smarter and agents will adapt it quickly. Right now many agents use "bots" to answer text messages and some are actually using it to call leads and book appointments. Using it to help with office tasks and help write articles is great. Call centers and Insurance companies using it to replace people will be the downside.

What is one of the the most common misconceptions people have about Medicare?

Answer: That is covers everything. Many are shocked when you go over the coverage gaps in Medicare. The other big misconception is that it's free. People don't realize that Part B costs extra.

What do you enjoy most about working with Medicare clients?

Answer: We take an educational approach to helping our clients, so what I love the most is the light bulb moment when they understand how Medicare works and the different options they have. Using this approach is how I have gained the trust of thousands of Medicare beneficiaries.
