Richard spent 15 years working with Carroll County Schools, in the IT department as a Technology Specialist. He has been married to Claudia for over 30 years. They have 3 daughters and 9 grandchildren. Outside of work he loves to spend time with his family, and also loves watching sports with his grandchildren.
