Answer: When seniors do not get original Medicare and part D when they first become eligible and do not have creditable coverage also in that scenario when they decide to sign up for Medicare later they end up with penalties for both.
Answer: If it is an HMO plan , you will end up paying all cost if you decide to see out of network provider.
Answer: Most Medicare Advantage plan do have comprehensive dental coverage. But it depends on the plan as well.

Original Medicare covers 80% , while 20% will be your responsibility . This 20% can end up being a huge burden. Plus , you need to get Part D coverage also. Dental, vision and hearing are not covered by Original Medicare.

Answer: You need to get separate supplementary plans for dental and vision with Original Medicare OR you can consider getting Medicare Advantage plan which includes Dental, Vision and Hearing coverage. Many Medicare Advantage plans offer those extra benefits .
Answer: Medicare Advantage plans are offered by private insurance companies. At a bare minimum, they have to cover everything that Original Medicare offers.
