About Me
Paul Turner brings over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on the employer group market. Throughout his career, he has specialized in sales and market expansion, serving clients ranging from small businesses with just two employees to large-scale Fortune 50 companies.
Paul began his career with Cigna, where he advanced from Sales Representative to Vice President, overseeing new business development across 12 states. He later joined Shenandoah Life as Senior Vice President of Sales and served on the company’s Board of Directors.
He was subsequently recruited by AIG to lead the integration of American General Life Insurance Company, further strengthening his expertise in corporate transitions and large-scale operations.
In 2005, Paul founded his own insurance agency, focusing on the unique needs of the small employer group market, where he continues to deliver tailored solutions and trusted guidance to his clients.
At age 64, Paul found himself facing Medicare—and realized just how complex it could be. Motivated to understand it fully, he became a Licensed Medicare Advisor. Today, he is passionate about helping others navigate the often-confusing landscape of Medicare, offering guidance and clarity to those making critical healthcare decisions.
