About Me

Nicole Hoover, brings a deeply personal commitment to this mission. After surviving a life-altering car accident that left her disabled for a year and a half, Nicole was inspired to help others protect themselves with quality health coverage. In 2002, she became licensed, bringing with her a wealth of experience. From her time as District Sales Manager for a voluntary benefits provider to consulting for municipalities and school districts with a top five California brokerage, Nicole has built a reputation as an expert in the field. After relocating to Idaho in 2019, she continued to make an impact as a Large Group Sales Consultant for Blue Cross of Idaho.

Recognizing a growing need for individualized support, Nicole expanded her business to assist Medicare beneficiaries, individuals without group coverage, and small employers in California and beyond. Her passion for helping others navigate the healthcare system drives the heart of Hoover Group Consulting.

Outside the office, Nicole enjoys the beauty of Idaho, spending time camping, boating, and exploring with her husband Scott, who is also a licensed agent. Married for 25 years, the Hoovers are proud parents to their son Cohen, a senior at Boise State University studying Criminal Justice and playing baseball. Rounding out the family are their two beloved dogs, Reagan, a boxer, and Kennedy, a golden lab, who bring joy and energy to their lives.
